At Isla Maude, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind, allowing you to make returns or exchanges hassle-free. Whether you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased at full price are eligible for a free return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items sent back between after 30 days of the delivery date will be issued store credit.  We will not be able to accept returns sent after 45 days.  Please fill the form below and we will send you a return label. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.  Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are received and inspected.  Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.  Depending on your financial institution, it may take around 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment.
